本研究資料來源為USPTO之專利資料庫，利用Patent　Guider 1.0專利分析軟體，以關鍵字“ERP”與”enterprise、resource、planning”為檢索條件，鎖定”Title， Patent Abstract，Claim，Description/Specification” 四欄進行線上專利資料蒐集，data mining時間為2005年4月19日。以application date分析，資料範圍開始日期為1995年10月27日，結束日期為2003年2月7日；以issue date分析，資料範圍開始日期為1998年7月28日，結束日期為2004年12月31日，是故2005年以後公告的專利並不在此次分析範圍。

IPA is an international non-governmental organisation founded in Denmark in 1961. It is interdisciplinary and embraces in membership persons of all professions working for or with children.
Membership is open to any individual, group or organisation which endorses the Convention on the Rights of the Child (adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations, November 20, 1989), especially Article 31 which states:
1. States Parties recognise the right of the child to rest and leisure, to engage in play and recreational activities appropriate to the age of the child and to participate freely in cultural life and the arts.
2. States Parties shall respect and promote the right of the child to participate fully in cultural and artistic life and shall encourage the provision of appropriate and equal opportunities for cultural, artistic, recreational and leisure activity.
IPA is governed by a Board of Directors and a Council of National Representatives which includes five members at-large elected every three years.
IPA works in close association with many international organisations, is recognised by the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and by UNESCO and UNICEF as a non-governmental organisation with consultative status.
IPA links national action groups through its members in nearly fifty countries and provides for an exchange of ideas, issues, problems, and innovative solutions.
Beginning in 1977, IPA developed the IPA Declaration on the Child's Right to Play. This document amplifies Article 31 by proposing policy actions within the normal sectors of government.
